After gentle pressing of the grapes, the must is cryo-settled, then ferments at controlled temperature. The wine rests on the lees, with frequent bâtonnage.

Sensory profile:
Friulano is considered the standard-bearer among Friulan white wines. Showing deep yellow, it displays the classic fragrance of wildflowers, with hints of creamy butter. It is dry, complex, and velvety in the mouth, with a lovely hint of bitterish almond on the finish.

Serving suggestions:
Outstanding as an aperitif, it is delicious with fresh cheeses, prosciutto San Daniele, and even with full-flavoured first courses. Enjoy at 12°C.
