This wine has its origins in nearby Istria. It shows the classic greenish appearance, with a rich bouquet redolent of lavender. Superbly-structured with good alcohol, its finishes with a burst of flavour.

Excellent as an aperitif wine and with light antipasti, as well as with first courses and vegetable soups. The classic choice for fish and shellfish. Enjoy at 10°C.
