Vinification:
After gentle pressing of the grapes, the must is cryo-settled, then fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine rests 6 months on the lees.

Sensory profile:
The wine appears a green-flecked straw yellow.
Fragrant hints of blossoms and fruit introduce a complex, dry palate, smooth with a judicious acidity.

Serving suggestions:
Delicious as an aperitif as well as with light first courses and entrees of poultry and veal. Enjoy at 10°C.
